COMMUNITY CENTER RENTAL
The Clayton (Sam) House Community Center can be rented daily 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily except for major holidays.
Rental cost includes $50 key deposit, $300 cleaning deposit. Rent is $325 for non-residents and $300 for residents. The Community Center will hold 114 people with tables and chairs and 244 people with chairs only. Only one reservation per day.
PARK SHELTER RENTAL
Shelters at Wade Community Park can be reserved between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm, Mon thru Sat and between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Sundays. Only one reservation per day.
Costs are as follows:
Resident $70 (1-4 hours) and $130 (over 4 hours)
Non-Resident $140 (1-4 hours) and $260 (over 4 hours)
Note: the Splash pad cannot be reserved.
